Big Construction x TNP Mini Kicker Checkout
I was soo stoked seeing these when they dropped the other day, and even moreso when Pete from The Norwood Project dropped me a message on facebook saying he was sending me one for free. Totally out of the blue, so a huge thanks to him for sending me this to checkout and review. He knows me well and knows that I'm a HUGE fan of small obstacles, so this was something I couldn't contain my excitement at.

So, here it is, the Big Construction x The Norwood Project Mini Kicker. How does something like this stack up? Well, I guess I'll address that be addressing the main negative things I saw about the BRR mini kicker when that dropped - a lot of people complained that it was way too small. I suppose I cant make it much simpler than this so I'll just say it: 'no'. It's really not, at all, infact I think this is a LOT more fun than any kicker I've ever used.
"pulling out little flip lipslides on these is way too much fun and really feels like more fun than you should have from something soo simple"
It's just longer than your board, so it's got the space to set up your fingers for tricks whilst being short enough that you just fly off it. Normal size kickers in fingerboarding have always seemed huge to me, and whilst this is certainly the other end of the scale that's definitely a good point - or certainly it is in my books. You can use these as cheeky grind wedges too, pulling out little flip lipslides on these is way too much fun and really feels like more fun than you should have from something soo simple.

More specifically to actually talk about Big Construction's ramp rather than mini kickers in general, this is flawless at a first look/session. Flush wood all round, Great craftsmanship, and a nice simple finish that does exactly what it should do really. For £5 (yea, that's not a typo, it's that cheap) you get something that you can take anywhere, is a great addition to a park or desk, and is crazy fun.

Look out for my review soon, but for now you can get these at The Norwood Project here :)
